Parking
While there is no onsite parking available, guests can take advantage of ample street parking very close to the cottage. This convenient option allows for easy access to the property at any time during your stay. You can park on Lurline Street, or Leichardt Street. In our experience Leichardt street is nearly always empty, and is an easier option. The walk from either option is very short, and flat.
Property Access
Please note that accessing Rosebud Cottage involves navigating stairs, which may be steep and could pose challenges for those with mobility issues, young children, or if carrying heavy luggage. We want all our guests to be aware and comfortable with this aspect to ensure a pleasant arrival and stay.

“This stay was amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel the coziness exuding from the house and decor. Everything was comfortable and cozy, and we felt a bit like it was the PERFECT Christmas getaway location. The hosts were super responsive and allowed us to check in early which made it really convenient. The Christmas decor and blankets were a really nice touch and we loved relaxing on the couch after a day exploring Scenic World! The hosts also provided a lot of insider knowledge and recommendations which were super helpful!! Cannot recommend this place enough. So lovely.”
“Jason has created a place to stay full of character and the design clearly draws on traditions of old houses like this as well as their own artistic ideas. The whole house was homely and a very high standard with everything one would need. Jason has been very helpful from the off with ideas and then when storms shut the railway delaying our arrival he went out of his way to help. It was our first time in Katoomba and first proper visit to Blue Mountains. The town has a fascinating feel with old and new blending well. When I come back I'll definitely want to stay at Jason's place!”
